Do you take insurance?
Counseling services are in-network with Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Iowa Medicaid, and Medicare. Insurance does not cover music therapy services. All services can be private pay.
What if I can't afford counseling?
Mental health is important so we strive to make our services accessible. We understand that not all people can afford the full fee for services. If finances are a barrier for you, please reach out to us to discuss our sliding scale options. You also have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your services will cost.
What if I'm feeling like I might hurt myself or someone else?
If it is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. We are not a crisis center.
Do you have evening/weekend appointments?
Yes, we offer some evening and weekend appointments.
