In this introductory course for therapists (and other helping professionals) students will learn how to begin to use the enneagram to help their clients (and themselves) see the internal motivations that drive their emotional patterns and behaviors. Once we can see our patterns, and why we engage in them, we then have the freedom to choose a different way.

Week 1: Introduction to the Enneagram system of personality & the 3 Centers (Body, Heart, Head)
Week 2: Applying the Enneagram to Therapy and Levels of Health
Week 3: The Body Center: Type 8, Type 9 and Type 1
Week 4: The Heart Center: Type 2, Type 3, and Type 4
Week 5: The Head Center: Type 5, Type 6 and Type 7
